Sadda Dil Vi Tu (Ga Ga Ga Ganpati): Being a dance-based movie, “ABCD-Any Body Can Dance” directed by choreographer Remo D’Souza, has good beats to each one of its songs. Now combine those peppy beats with the desi feels of a Ganesh Chaturthi celebrate convoy and you get the smashing “Sadda Dil Vi Tu”.

Deva Shree Ganesha: The song from the 2012 movie ‘Agneepath’ starring Hrithik Roshan and Priyanka Chopra is almost certainly one of the best Ganesh Chaturthi Celebrate tracks. Composed by Ajay-Atul it is sung by Ajay Gogavale. The song video of the song starts with the ‘maha aarti’ and then goes onto platform the enthusiasm of Ganesh devotees. Musically the number stays happy throughout.





Hey Ganaraya: This song is a visual luxury and is a part of the Varun Dhawan and Shraddha Kapoor starrer ‘ABCD 2’. Talented music author duo Sachin-Jigar has given the song a ‘Maharashtrian feel’ which works in its favour. Sung by Divya Kumar, the track is sweetly strong and makes for a great listen.

Morya Re: This lively number from Shah Rukh Khan’s “Don: The Chase Begins”, the 2006 remake of Amithabh Bachchan’s “Don”, showcases the Ganesh Chaturthi celebration in all its pomp and splendor. The track, self-possessed by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy, was penned by Javed Akhtar and render by Shankar Mahadevan.

Shree Ganeshay Dheemahi: This pleasant-sounding piece is a part of a prayer scene in the movie ‘Viruddh’. ‘Shree Ganeshay Dheemanhi’ was special from one of the Stavanas of Lord Ganesha by Marathi songs composers Ajay-Atul, and is sung by Shankar Mahadevan.

Ganpati Apna Gaon Chale: In the unique “Agneepath”, Vijay Dinanath Chauhan, played by Amithabh Bachchan was a more somber member, with a constant frown on his face. Hence, Mithun Chakravarthy had to do all the dancing in “Ganpati Apna Gaon Chal”, which was serene by Lakshmikant Pyarelal.





Sindoor Lal Chadayo: This song is an excellent aarti from the 1999 movie ‘Vaastav’ where the films lead character, played by Sanjay Dutt, and his wife are seen looking for Lord Ganesha’s blessings in a temple. The wonderful music is composed by Jatin-Lalit and the track is sung by Ravindra Sathe.

Ganpati Apne Gaon Chale: This song from the ‘Agneepath’, one of the most talked about films in the early on 90s. ‘Ganpati Apne Gaon Chale’ was one of the most remarkable tracks from that movie. Composed by Laxmikant Pyarelal, vocals for the track were lent by Sudesh Bhosle, Kavita Krishnamurthy and Anupama Deshpande.

Deva O Deva: This song from the 1997 film ‘Mahaanta’ is yet another Ganpati tracking starring Madhuri Dixit, which adds to its visual application. Alka Yagnik’s melodious voice adds to Laxmikant Pyarelal’s musical piece of music, making it a wonderful music to listen to.

He Ganpati Bappa Moriya: This song is an excellent aarti from the 1969 black-and-white film “Pujarin” is perhaps one of the oldest Bollywood odes to Vinayaka Chaturthi. Starring Vijay Dutt and Rehana Sultan, the song is harmonic like a bhajan with actors playing cymbals and other hand-held musical instrument while worshipping a huge Ganesh god in the foreground.
